Role Overview

As the Director of Development Real Estate Sector, you will assume full ownership of the company's real estate project portfolio, which includes multi-billion dollar projects. This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from strategic planning to successful delivery. You will lead high-performing cross-functional teams, establish benchmarks for execution excellence, and ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Director also serves as the primary point of accountability for relationships with key partners, contractors, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the full project lifecycle across multiple real estate developments simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
• Establish and enforce rigorous project governance frameworks, quality standards, and risk management protocols.
• Oversee budget control and resource allocation across the entire project portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, government entities, and strategic partners.
• Report project performance and progress to senior leadership with clarity and precision.

Qualifications and Experience

• 20+ years of progressive experience in project management within the real estate development sector.
• Intimate experience in developing and delivering hospitality and high-rise residential projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
