Director Shared Services

About the Role

Future Connect is seeking an IT & HR Shared Services Director to lead the company's Information Technology function while also overseeing Shared Services, including Human Resources and other corporate support functions. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a strong IT leader with over 10 years of experience in managing technology operations and corporate support.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for directly leading and managing the IT department, developing the company’s technology strategy, and ensuring that technology capabilities support organizational growth, operational efficiency, and business objectives. In addition to IT leadership, the role provides strategic oversight of Shared Services to ensure efficient, integrated, and technology-enabled corporate support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire IT function and IT team.
• Develop and execute the company’s IT strategy, technology roadmap, and digital transformation agenda.
• Align technology initiatives and investments with business and growth objectives.
• Advise executive management on technology strategy, IT risks, digital capabilities, and future technology requirements.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud environments, applications, and end-user services.
• Lead ERP and enterprise systems implementation, integration, enhancement, and optimization.
• Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives across business functions.
• Lead and oversee the Shared Services function, ensuring effective delivery of corporate support services.
• Provide strategic oversight of the HR function, supporting HR digitalization and HRIS development.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in managing technology operations, infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and IT governance.
• Proven experience in leading and managing IT departments.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute IT strategies and technology roadmaps.
• Experience in overseeing shared services functions, including Human Resources.
