Director Strategic Finance IPO & Investor Readiness

About the Role

Siddiqi & Co is seeking a highly accomplished Director – Strategic Finance, IPO & Investor Readiness for a leading organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a strategic finance leader capable of analyzing complex businesses, challenging strategic assumptions, and developing compelling investment narratives. The ideal candidate will combine management consulting or transaction advisory experience with strong strategic finance expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership in IPO readiness and investor preparation, ensuring alignment between business strategy, financial performance, operational priorities, and the overall investment proposition.
• Develop and refine the company's equity story and investment narrative, articulating the business model, market opportunity, competitive advantages, growth drivers, financial performance, and long-term value creation.
• Analyze and challenge financial performance, business plans, forecasts, profitability, cash flows, KPIs, and strategic priorities to ensure they are credible, evidence-based, and investor-ready.
• Identify and assess key business and valuation drivers, including revenue growth, margins, customer economics, market expansion, operating efficiency, scalability, and strategic risks.
• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and strategic analysis to benchmark performance, validate positioning, and strengthen the overall investment case.
• Partner with Finance, Strategy, Investor Relations, Legal, Operations, and executive leadership teams to ensure consistency and accuracy across investor-facing and IPO-related materials.
• Prepare senior management for investor meetings, roadshows, and external stakeholder discussions by anticipating investor questions and strengthening responses regarding growth, profitability, competition, execution risk, and future returns.

Document Development

The Director will be responsible for personally developing high-quality materials, including:

• Investor presentations
• IPO management decks
• Board materials
• Strategy presentations
• Executive briefing documents

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven track record of personally leading IPO preparation, capital markets, investor strategy, or equity story work.
• Experience in management consulting or transaction advisory.
• Strong strategic finance expertise.
• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
