We are seeking a District Sales Manager FSI to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is for a leader who will contribute to our mission through strategic sales leadership within a dynamic environment.
Role Purpose and Strategic Impact
The District Sales Manager FSI will lead a team of field sellers, responsible for formulating and executing strategies to maximize business growth. This position is instrumental in developing and managing the team to generate revenue and achieve individual, team, and organizational quotas. The role requires a proven first-line sales leader with strong energy, leadership, and initiative to drive team performance and revenue growth for our sales team, helping customers establish zero-trust-based security architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Deeply understand customer needs by conducting research to develop insights into their priorities.
- Provide support to the team by participating in and leading prospect meetings.
- Conduct deep dives into weekly territory pipeline and forecasting activities to coach direct reports on strategies for closure.
- Actively engage in territory planning and development, relationship building, and opportunity management to drive revenue by supporting and assisting the team in closing opportunities.
- Lead a high-performance sales culture that delivers results in bookings, sales development, and forecast accuracy, while simultaneously mentoring and developing the team.
- Possess in-depth technical knowledge of the product portfolio with the ability to take a holistic approach to solve customer problems.
- Drive and oversee team selling opportunities.
- Hold the team and self accountable to achieve challenging goals, maintaining a forward-thinking approach when faced with setbacks.
- Communicate effectively with leaders at all levels, including C-suite, and establish open and trusting relationships.
- Successfully influence others through change management processes.
- Develop a winning team, including recruiting, hiring, and training, while upholding core company values.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 5-10 years of experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, ideally within the networking and/or security industry.
- Experience with channel and partner sales models.
- Proven leadership ability to create high-performing teams in a rapidly growing sales environment.
- Year-over-year track record of successful sales pipeline management and results.
- Highly driven individual with an execution focus, a strong sense of urgency, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Consistent track record of delivering revenue numbers and goals while maintaining a focus on team development and growth.
- Capability to successfully manage significant client escalations and issues.
- Excellent ability to influence others, both externally and internally; capable of communicating effectively and building consensus across various functional groups to achieve goals.
- A leader who also demonstrates strong teamwork, building rapport and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
