Job Description
About the District Sales Manager Role
Expeditors is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales program within the Riyadh district. This full-time position focuses on building a robust sales team, acquiring local business accounts, and driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the district sales strategy to secure target accounts.
- Create, execute, and monitor the District Sales Plan, establishing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Independently manage a minimum of ten personal target accounts.
- Actively develop personal business while providing support to District Sales Executives (DSEs).
- Monitor DSE sales calls, leads, and revenue performance by customer.
- Ensure smooth account transitions and reviews with operations to support retention.
- Collaborate with operations to drive product initiatives and blitz programs.
- Coach and mentor direct reports to foster professional and personal development.
- Conduct regular scorecard reviews for each District Sales Executive.
- Periodically review department goals and sales plans to ensure alignment and accountability.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent business qualification. A minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience is required, with a preference for candidates with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.
