About Sharik and the Role
Sharik is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position is critical for leading sales performance and managing multiple locations to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth across the area.
Role Overview
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue goals. This role involves direct leadership of sales teams, continuous performance monitoring, and identifying new market opportunities to expand Sharik's presence and optimize operational efficiency within the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute area sales strategies to achieve defined revenue targets.
- Monitor sales KPIs, forecasts, and overall sales performance across multiple locations.
- Lead, coach, and develop sales teams to maximize individual and collective performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential partnerships, and market expansion avenues.
- Ensure alignment between sales activities and daily operational standards.
- Oversee customer experience standards and support initiatives for customer retention and upselling.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operational readiness and evaluate sales performance.
- Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to enhance overall business performance.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in Sales, with a preference for candidates who have managed multiple locations.
- Experience in the coworking industry or a related sector is preferred.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Robust analytical skills coupled with a target-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
