Role Overview

This full-time DT Business Process Design Associate Specialist position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Customer Fulfillment DT (Digital Transformation) team under the GSC ISG DT function. The role supports Local Customer Fulfillment DT and End-to-End GEO Supply Chain execution DT. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in customer fulfillment processes, end-to-end supply chain execution, digital solution deployment, and AI-enabled business process improvement within a GEO operating environment. Candidates should have 0-1 years of experience.

Position Summary

The DT Business Process Design Associate Specialist will act as a Digital Transformation Partner for local Customer Fulfillment and GEO Supply Chain Operations teams. The role focuses on supporting order fulfillment, AI-enabled process improvement, operational visibility, exception management, and digital solution adoption across end-to-end GEO supply chain operations. This position involves collaboration with local Customer Fulfillment leaders, planning, order management, logistics, sales operations, service teams, and global DT teams to enhance customer delivery performance, process efficiency, and business value realization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Digital Transformation partner for local Customer Fulfillment operations and GEO supply chain execution.
• Support order fulfillment performance, backlog management, delivery visibility, exception resolution, system adoption, and operational problem-solving.
• Support end-to-end process improvement initiatives across demand, order, allocation, supply commit, logistics, delivery, and customer fulfillment functions.
• Analyze local business processes to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and cross-functional alignment.
• Support deployment and enhancement of customer fulfillment and supply chain solutions, including SAP, order management tools, planning platforms, logistics visibility tools, workflow automation, analytics dashboards, and AI-enabled applications.
• Participate in requirements gathering, process design, testing, training, user support, change management, and hypercare activities.
• Partner with business users to maximize system adoption, process compliance, and business value realization.
• Analyze fulfillment, order, inventory, logistics, and service data to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into data-driven insights, dashboards, recommendations, and AI-enabled use cases.
• Support AI and automation initiatives such as intelligent exception detection, order prioritization, delivery risk prediction, touchless process enablement, and decision support.
• Support initiatives that improve customer delivery experience, service level performance, order cycle time, and supply chain responsiveness.
• Participate in proof-of-concept and pilot projects for AI, automation, advanced analytics, and digital workflow innovation in Customer Fulfillment.
