E Commerce & International Supplier Development Specialist

About the Role

Armada International Corporation is seeking an E-Commerce & International Supplier Development Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site position is based in the Qurtubah District and focuses on expanding our product catalog by establishing direct connections with global manufacturers and brand owners outside Saudi Arabia. The role requires a proactive individual skilled in online product sourcing, international supplier engagement, and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with genuine brands and manufacturers outside Saudi Arabia through global platforms such as Alibaba, Global Sources, Made-in-China, and direct outreach.
• Initiate and maintain communication channels with international vendors in English to build strong supplier relationships.
• Request quotations, compare various options, and negotiate optimal prices, payment terms, and minimum order quantities (MOQs).
• Vet potential suppliers, request product samples, and verify product specifications and vendor credibility prior to placing orders.
• Monitor purchasing pipelines and coordinate effectively with shipping and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely order arrivals.
• Maintain a current and organized directory of vetted international suppliers, contact information, and negotiated terms.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, or supplier development.
• Demonstrated ability to identify products online and engage with international suppliers.
• Proficiency in negotiating terms and conditions with global vendors.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in English, for international correspondence.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Qurtubah District. The role requires active engagement within a team environment focused on expanding the company's product offerings.
