E-Commerce Specialist – K SH3

K SH3 Establishment, a growing food supply and distribution company, is seeking a proactive and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to establish, launch, manage, and grow the company’s online sales channels.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of the entire e-commerce operation, from setting up the online store and uploading products to generating sales, managing customer orders, and optimizing online performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Online Store Setup & Launch

* Plan, set up, and launch the company’s e-commerce store from scratch.

* Evaluate and recommend suitable e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, Salla, Zid, or WooCommerce.

* Configure the store, including product categories, payment gateways, shipping options, and essential integrations.

* Coordinate website design, layout, branding, and user experience.

* Upload and organize products with descriptions, images, prices, and specifications.

* Ensure the online store is fully functional, mobile-friendly, and ready to accept customer orders.

* Test the complete purchasing process before the official launch.

2. E-Commerce Operations

* Manage and update the online store on a daily basis.

* Maintain accurate product listings, prices, stock availability, and promotional offers.

* Monitor incoming orders and coordinate fulfillment with the logistics and warehouse teams.

* Resolve operational issues related to orders, payments, and deliveries.

* Maintain a smooth and professional online shopping experience.

3. Online Sales & Business Development

* Develop strategies to generate sales through the company’s online store.

* Attract new individual and business customers (B2C & B2B).

* Work toward monthly online sales targets.

* Develop promotional offers to increase customer acquisition and repeat purchases.

* Identify opportunities to expand into additional online marketplaces and sales channels.

4. Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition

* Plan and coordinate digital marketing campaigns.

* Manage or support advertising activities through Google Ads and social media platforms.

* Optimize product listings and website content for search engines (SEO).

* Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance.

* Recommend initiatives to improve online sales and customer engagement.

5. Customer Service & Order Follow-Up

* Respond to online customer inquiries and purchase requests.

* Follow up on payments, order confirmations, and deliveries.

* Coordinate customer complaints, returns, and refunds.

* Maintain professional communication through WhatsApp, email, and the online store.

6. Performance Reporting

* Prepare weekly and monthly e-commerce performance reports.

* Track online revenue, order volume, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.

* Analyze product performance and identify sales opportunities.

* Provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Proven experience in e-commerce store setup and management.

* Hands-on experience with Shopify, Salla, Zid, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.

* Ability to independently establish and launch a fully operational online store.

* Experience in product listing, inventory management, payment gateway integration, and order processing.

* Good understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online sales strategies.

* Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and take ownership of e-commerce operations.

* Experience in FMCG, food distribution, or retail is an advantage.

* Familiarity with Odoo or other ERP systems is a plus.

* Arabic and English proficiency preferred.
