eCommerce Specialist

We are looking for a distinguished and passionate e-commerce employee to manage and operate our online store, and to be a key partner in developing the brand and increasing sales. She will be responsible for following up on the daily operations of the store, implementing marketing plans, and contributing to the development of the business.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Follow up on customer orders from the moment the order is received until it is delivered.
• Prepare products, package them, and deliver them to shipping company representatives.
• Manage and operate the online store and ensure that products and inventory are continuously updated.
• Manage and implement marketing and advertising campaigns on digital platforms and optimize their results.
• Develop and implement marketing plans aimed at increasing sales and enhancing brand reach.
• Create and manage appropriate content for social media platforms in coordination with the brand identity.
• Research suitable exhibitions, events, and markets, and coordinate participation in them to introduce the product and increase sales.
• Monitor performance indicators and prepare periodic reports, providing ideas and initiatives to develop the store and achieve growth.
• Provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries, and follow up after sales.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in managing online stores or e-commerce.
• Experience in digital marketing and managing advertising campaigns.
• Ability to organize, manage time, and work independently.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Initiative and a desire to develop business and achieve results.

There is no team currently, so the employee will be responsible for managing and operating the store directly, with the opportunity for career growth and contributing to building the team in the future.
