Job Description

Management and operation of the e-store and follow-up of daily orders.

Add and update products, prices, images, and descriptions.

Follow up on orders from receipt to shipping and delivery.

Coordinate with shipping companies and follow up on delivery status.

Customer service, responding to inquiries, and addressing feedback.

Follow up on inventory and update quantities on the store.

Prepare periodic reports on sales and orders.

Follow up on offers and discounts and improve customer experience.

Follow up on store performance and suggest ideas to increase sales.

Requirements

For Saudis Only
GOSI Registration Required
Requires 5-10 Years experience
Intermediate in English
