About the Role

Saudi Services for Electro-Mechanic Works Co. (SSEM) is seeking an Electrical Site Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is for professionals with over 10 years of experience in the electrical engineering field. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement electrical systems for projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards, utilizing AutoCAD and other design software.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor electrical installations, verifying quality and safety standards, and reporting discrepancies to the project manager.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring electrical work aligns with project goals and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for material and equipment procurement, negotiating costs to optimize budgets while maintaining quality.
• Provide technical support to the construction team, addressing electrical issues during installation to minimize delays.
• Maintain accurate documentation of electrical systems, including installation manuals, maintenance records, and compliance certifications.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions, contributing technical expertise.
• Assist in developing safety protocols and procedures for electrical work, ensuring team awareness and training.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering to support continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and industry standards for electrical installations.
• Ability to conduct site inspections and assess electrical installations.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation and record-keeping.
