Key Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems, coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to specifications.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, utilizing diagnostic tools to identify issues and implement timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports, outlining project specifications, progress, and outcomes to facilitate communication with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and team members, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering, integrating new technologies into project workflows to enhance efficiency and innovation.
• Participate in project reviews and post-mortem analyses, gathering feedback to refine processes and improve future project outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing electrical systems.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to electrical engineering.
