Role Overview: Electrical Technician After Sales (Power Generation)

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician After Sales specializing in Power Generation to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliable operation and high customer satisfaction for our diesel generator electrical systems (Gensets). The technician will be responsible for on-site installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on diesel generators (Gensets).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in generators, control panels, and associated systems.
• Carry out generator installation, commissioning, testing, and startup activities.
• Inspect and maintain generator electrical components to ensure optimal performance.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults.
• Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation after each site visit.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and maintenance recommendations to customers.
• Travel to customer sites within the region as required.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should have 2 to 5 years of experience as an Electrical Technician, ideally within the power generation or heavy equipment after-sales service sector.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires regular travel to customer sites throughout the region to deliver essential after-sales services and technical support.
