The Role: Electrical Technician After Sales (Power Generation)

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Technician to join our After Sales team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for ensuring the reliable operation and high levels of customer satisfaction for diesel generator electrical systems (Gensets) at various customer sites. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on diesel generators (Gensets).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in generators, control panels, and associated systems.
• Carry out generator installation, commissioning, testing, and startup activities.
• Inspect and maintain generator electrical components to ensure optimal performance.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults.
• Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation after each site visit.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and maintenance recommendations to customers.
• Travel to customer sites within the region as required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an Electrical Technician, ideally within the power generation or heavy equipment after-sales sector.
• A valid driving license is preferred for this role.

Work Environment and Expectations

This is a full-time position based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, involving regular travel to customer sites within the region. The successful candidate must be willing to work overtime and on weekends when required to meet operational demands and customer needs.
