Furless Permanent is seeking a dedicated Electrologist/Therapist to join its team in Abu Rijum, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on providing expert electrolysis and facial treatments, ensuring an exceptional client experience, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism and hygiene.

Role Overview

The Electrologist/Therapist is responsible for fostering long-term client relationships through personalized care and expert advice. Key aspects of this position include driving client retention, effectively promoting and upselling services and products, and actively contributing to the overall success of the center.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert electrolysis and facial treatments in compliance with Furless Treatment Protocols and industry best practices.
• Ensure a high level of client care, offering personalized treatment plans and expert advice to enhance client satisfaction and results.
• Drive client retention by building strong relationships, educating clients on the benefits of regular treatments, and following up on their progress.
• Proactively promote and upsell relevant services and retail products to maximize revenue and enhance client results.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to strict hygiene standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve business goals and maintain service excellence.
• Continuously update knowledge and skills to stay current with industry advancements and treatment techniques.
• Uphold the brand’s reputation by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in all client interactions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• A Beauty Therapy diploma is an advantage.
• DHA eligibility for a beauty therapy professional license is preferred.
• Proven ability to retain clients and upsell services and products.
• Experience level: 0-1 years.

Work Environment

This role operates within an indoor professional setting, following a shift-based work schedule.
