The Role of a Spa Therapist

As a full-time Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, therapeutic treatments that consistently exceed guest expectations and reflect the luxury standards of Red Sea Global Hospitality. This role involves ensuring every guest’s experience is personalized, tranquil, and rejuvenating, delivered with expert knowledge and professionalism. You will contribute to maintaining the serene atmosphere our resorts are known for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of professional spa services, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness therapies, to the highest standards.
  • Provide personalized guest experiences by offering recommendations based on preferences, treatment history, and wellness goals.
  • Ensure all treatments are administered safely and effectively, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the spa’s menu, including all services, products, and treatments, to suggest appropriate options.
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring they are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies before and after each treatment.
  • Ensure the proper use and careful handling of spa products and equipment to ensure longevity and efficiency.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude, demonstrating attention to detail, consistency, and empathy in all guest interactions.
  • Assist guests with pre- and post-treatment instructions and wellness advice to enhance treatment benefits.
  • Keep records of guest preferences, treatment histories, and specific requests to ensure a personalized approach.
  • Follow all safety, health, and hygiene guidelines, ensuring a safe and clean environment for guests and team members.
  • Contribute to spa retail sales by recommending products that complement treatments or wellness needs.
  • Adhere to dress code, grooming standards, and company policies at all times.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all guest information.
  • Collaborate with other spa team members and departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Report any guest feedback or concerns to the Spa Manager in a timely manner for prompt resolution.
  • Perform additional duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of spa and wellness services.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Spa Therapist position should possess 0-1 years of experience in a similar role. A commitment to delivering world-class service and upholding luxury standards in a spa environment is essential.
