Engineer Construction

About the Role

AREEB is seeking a Construction Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting and overseeing engineering activities across construction, re-imaging, and maintenance projects. The successful candidate will monitor project execution and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, budget, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate construction projects to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project requirements.
• Communicate project updates, requirements, and feedback clearly and proactively.
• Monitor the performance of contractors and suppliers, ensuring their compliance with company standards.
• Support various aspects of project management, including planning, scheduling, cost analysis, and quality control.
• Identify potential issues, follow up on corrective actions, and escalate challenges as necessary to ensure project continuity.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives and contribute to the continuous improvement of work processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in construction engineering.
