Al-Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company is seeking an Engineer, Procurement Architectural to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting procurement activities for infrastructure development projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements, quality standards, budgets, and schedules.

Role Overview

The Engineer, Procurement Architectural is responsible for reviewing technical documentation, evaluating proposals from contractors and suppliers, and coordinating with various engineering and project management teams. The position focuses on ensuring that all procurement processes align with project specifications and organizational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, master plans, and project layouts.
• Prepare and review technical specifications, scopes of work, and bills of quantities for tendering.
• Coordinate procurement activities for infrastructure development projects.
• Evaluate technical proposals submitted by contractors and suppliers.
• Support tender evaluations, technical comparisons, and contract award recommendations.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, and infrastructure teams to ensure design compatibility.
• Review procurement requirements for roads, sidewalks, street lighting, drainage systems, and utility networks.
• Monitor material and service procurement to ensure compliance with approved specifications and project schedules.
• Identify technical discrepancies, assess procurement risks, and support cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, project requirements, and organizational procurement procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is required.
