About the Role

alfanar is seeking a qualified ENGINEER, QC to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on ensuring the quality of panels through rigorous inspection, defect analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of panels to ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
• Prepare detailed defect reports for each inspected panel, documenting any identified issues.
• Perform tests on panels to verify compliance with required specifications and quality expectations.
• Identify technical issues, perform root cause analysis to understand the origin of problems, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with design teams to provide feedback and recommend solutions for improving product quality and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the delivered product.
• Execute planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time parameters.
• Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and the execution of planned tasks.
• Solve related problems that arise and escalate complex operational issues as needed.
• Ensure quality requirements are met by developing effective quality control processes and specifications.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, seeking automation opportunities where feasible.
• Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management procedures within the defined work area.
