Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to conduct commissioning and testing activities on power plants prior to their operational phase. This involves ensuring all systems function correctly and meet specified standards before the plant becomes operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update project and new equipment test reports, including necessary corrections.
• Document non-conformances and troubleshooting efforts.
• Execute functional testing according to the specified scheme.
• Test and coordinate activities during customer inspections.
• Resolve technical issues encountered during power plant testing and site commissioning.
• Perform site testing and commissioning activities for substations or power plants.
• Test and commission substation equipment, including various types of relays, switchgear, and transformers.
• Adhere to all safety procedures during testing and commissioning processes.
• Provide technical support by reviewing design documents before their release.
• Initiate continuous improvement efforts and maintain relevant records in consultation with the department manager.
• Initiate corrective and preventive actions and maintain associated records in consultation with the department manager.
