About the Opportunity
Inventive Business Solution Co. is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on driving revenue growth for our AI-based Project Management Software within the contracting, construction, and real-estate sectors. The position offers a competitive salary range of SAR 15,000 to SAR 18,750.
Role Overview
The Enterprise Sales Executive will be responsible for selling tailored software solutions to corporate clients. This involves managing the entire complex B2B sales cycle, from prospecting new accounts to demonstrating how our application streamlines project timelines, controls budgets, and improves onsite-to-office communication for industry-leading clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target net-new business opportunities within general contracting firms, construction companies, and real estate development agencies.
- Conduct deep-dive sessions to understand specific industry pain points such as material delays, cost overruns, subcontractor scheduling issues, and fragmented communication.
- Present high-impact, scenario-based product demonstrations showcasing how our software tracks project milestones, manages RFIs, and monitors site safety.
- Build compelling business cases and ROI projections for C-level executives, CFOs, and VP-level Construction Managers.
- Manage the complex procurement process, including drafting proposals, structuring software-as-a-service (SaaS) licenses, and negotiating multi-year deployment agreements.
- Stay highly informed on construction tech trends, building regulations, and evolving real estate development workflows.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Sales Experience: 6–8+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically selling project management software or Construction Tech (ConTech) solutions.
- Industry Network: Proven track record of selling directly to decision-makers in the contracting, construction, or real-estate development sectors.
- Performance History: Consistently met or exceeded annual quotas in long-cycle enterprise software sales.

This role requires a deep understanding of the contracting, construction, and real-estate sectors. The successful candidate will leverage their industry knowledge and network to identify client needs and position our AI-based Project Management Software as a strategic solution to common challenges within these industries.
