About the Role
MacroHire is seeking an Enterprise Sales (MENA) professional for one of its clients in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on driving growth and shaping the future of an emerging technology within the MENA region.
Role Overview
This field sales role involves achieving sales targets by offering solutions to a defined set of accounts, including existing customers and high-potential prospects. The Enterprise Sales professional will engage in face-to-face sales with customers and prospects, either directly or in collaboration with partners. Responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, strengthening account relationships, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. The role also requires identifying opportunities within accounts, driving account penetration, and leading sales initiatives across multiple quarters. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and designing targeted sales campaigns to expand business within assigned accounts are also key aspects. A strong understanding of customer needs, business challenges, and goals is essential to effectively position solutions by aligning them with customer requirements and presenting clear financial and strategic value.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target enterprise-level prospects through various channels.
- Generate and nurture leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports detailing pipeline progress and forecasted revenue.
- Understand the needs of each account and match those needs with company solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition of SaaS solutions.
- Develop and execute an enterprise sales strategy that meets or exceeds revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Lead negotiations, address objections, and close complex deals with enterprise clients.
- Ensure contract terms and conditions meet both client and company objectives.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a seamless transition post-sale.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of enterprise sales experience in a SaaS-based product company.
- Experience working in the MENA region.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Essential Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process and the SaaS industry.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Work Context
This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is full-time. It requires willingness to travel approximately once a month for up to a week, as needed.
