About the Role
MacroHire is recruiting for an Account Executive - Enterprise Sales (MENA) on behalf of one of its clients. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on driving growth for an emerging technology within the MENA region.
Role Purpose and Scope
As an Account Executive, this role involves achieving sales targets by offering solutions to a defined set of accounts, including existing customers and high-potential prospects. This field sales position requires direct engagement with customers and prospects, either independently or in collaboration with partners. Responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, strengthening account relationships, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. The Account Executive will identify opportunities within accounts, drive account penetration, and lead sales initiatives across multiple quarters. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and designing targeted sales campaigns to expand business within assigned accounts may be required. A strong understanding of customer needs, business challenges, and goals is essential to effectively position solutions by aligning them with customer requirements and presenting clear financial and strategic value.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target enterprise-level prospects through various channels.
- Generate and nurture leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports detailing pipeline progress and forecasted revenue.
- Understand the needs of each account and match those needs with the company’s solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition of SaaS solutions.
- Develop and execute an enterprise sales strategy that meets or exceeds revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Lead negotiations, address objections, and close complex deals with enterprise clients.
- Ensure contract terms and conditions meet both client and company objectives.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a seamless transition post-sale.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Experience
Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales or a similar field.
Work Environment and Location
This is a full-time field sales role based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The position involves face-to-face engagement with customers and prospects.
