About the Entry Technician Role

Abdul Latif Jameel Company Limited is seeking an Entry Technician to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves performing repair services and other mechanical tasks within the service center to meet operational targets. The role requires adherence to company mission, vision, and values, as well as standard operating procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to gross service sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute vehicle repairs and maintenance according to customer requests, ensuring timely completion and adherence to estimated costs, under the close supervision of the Chief Technician.
  • Conduct preliminary vehicle inspections and evaluations using mechanical tools and equipment to assess damage and determine necessary repairs, with guidance from the Service Chief Technician.
  • Assist in resolving complex technical issues, such as NVH-related cases, through diagnostic testing and examination, with support from Team Leaders.
  • Perform after-sales responsibilities, including vehicle repairs and periodic maintenance, in line with company policies and procedures, under the supervision of the Team Leader.
  • Contribute to achieving high levels of guest satisfaction by adopting a guest-centric mindset and ensuring the quality of after-sales activities.
  • Coordinate with the Job Controller to provide accurate data, record repairs, and update vehicle delivery status using Computerized Time Control Sheets for productivity analysis.
  • Receive and interpret technical information, service bulletins, and daily functional updates from the Team Leader to enhance technical skills and ensure smooth after-sales operations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent. The role requires 2 to 5 years of experience in a service-related field.
