Webook (******** is seeking an Event Operations Coordinator - Anti-Fraud to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the integrity of event operations by supporting robust anti-fraud measures.

Role Summary

The Event Operations Coordinator – Anti-Fraud supports the Anti-Fraud team in executing investigations, documentation, and reporting related to fraud detection across events. This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, meticulous case tracking, and efficient administrative follow-up to maintain smooth anti-fraud workflows and facilitate the timely resolution of cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and update all fraud cases, timelines, and resolutions within internal databases and tracking sheets.
  • Assist the Anti-Fraud Specialist in preparing event-level analyses, cancellation lists, and user blocking recommendations.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date fraud logs, ensuring all alerts, reviews, and actions are thoroughly documented.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly fraud trends and KPI reports for management review.
  • Track investigation volumes, monitor Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, and review accuracy metrics.
  • Support daily investigations by performing manual reviews and identifying suspicious behavior.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in fraud reporting and case follow-up procedures.
  • Uphold the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and ethical standards when handling sensitive user data and investigation materials.

Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, data entry, or fraud/risk support roles. Ticketing experience is considered a plus.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, demonstrating high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software (*, Google Sheets, Excel) and reporting tools.
  • Basic understanding of common fraud indicators and suspicious activity within digital systems.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work efficiently under time constraints.
