About Webook and the Role
Webook (******** is seeking an Event Operations Specialist - Anti-Fraud to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This is a full-time position dedicated to maintaining the security and integrity of the ticketing ecosystem. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Role Purpose
The Event Operations Specialist – Anti-Fraud is responsible for protecting the integrity of the ticketing ecosystem. This involves detecting, investigating, and mitigating fraudulent activities across event transactions, ticket transfers, and resell operations. The specialist ensures fair access for genuine fans, supports operational accuracy, and contributes to continuous fraud prevention improvements through data analysis and system monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, investigate, and resolve potentially fraudulent transactions, account activities, or suspicious ticket transfers.
- Prepare detailed analyses and lists of events for ticket cancellations, user blocking, and fraud prevention actions.
- Identify, analyze, and report emerging fraud patterns, anomalies, or vulnerabilities to the Anti-Fraud Manager.
- Conduct manual reviews of system alerts and suspicious activity.
- Maintain accuracy, speed, and decision consistency within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
- Prepare investigation reports, evidence summaries, and escalation documentation for management review.
- Participate in tool testing, fraud workflow optimization, and automation initiatives.
- Support the Anti-Fraud Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards, documentation protocols, and internal anti-fraud policies.
- Uphold the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and ethical standards when handling sensitive user data and investigation materials.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in fraud detection, investigation, or a related operational role.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and identify fraudulent patterns.
- Experience in preparing detailed reports and documentation for management review.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for fraud detection and mitigation.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing transactions and activities.
