  • Partner with production and design leads to execute approved spatial layouts, verifying physical locations and auditing stand construction.
  • Direct onsite performance for contractors and suppliers, running daily briefings and sequencing workflows.
  • Lead ground operations across installation, event delivery, and dismantling phases, managing schedules and handovers.
  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards, securing mandatory permits and monitoring high-risk operations.
  • Design and execute arrival, loading, and unloading schedules, coordinating freight movement and managing traffic.
  • Coordinate delivery of venue utility orders and facilitate requests for exhibitor services.
  • Lead daily operations during active show days, conducting floor checks, managing maintenance, and producing daily operational reports.

Candidate Requirements

  • Location & Work Permit: Must be currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and hold a valid Saudi work permit or legal right to work in KSA. Availability for the project period from October 15 through the end of November 2026 is mandatory. Monolith Multimedia Technologies will not provide work visa sponsorship.
  • Language: Fluent in written and spoken English. Basic conversational Arabic is required for onsite communication; professional fluency is an advantage.
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Proven ability to coordinate venues, exhibitors, contractors, and suppliers while maintaining strict schedules and compliance.
  • Site Ownership: Decisive, organized problem-solver capable of independent work and managing multiple high-pressure priorities onsite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering events in KSA, particularly at RICEC or similar major Saudi venues, with knowledge of local permitting and HSE standards.
  • Established relationships with Saudi suppliers and contractors, and experience partnering with international event agencies.
  • Hands-on experience directing complex, high-profile international trade shows and supporting multiple exhibitors in fast-paced environments.

Key Skills and Working Style

  • End-to-End Exhibition Operations: Expertise in managing full-lifecycle event execution, including build-up, breakdown, floorplan delivery, logistics, and show-floor management.
  • Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Strong command of site HSE protocols, permit acquisition, risk mitigation, and crisis management.
  • Proactive Ownership: A calm, forward-thinking approach with the confidence to make quick operational decisions and troubleshoot live site challenges.
  • Adaptability: Highly organized, detail-oriented professional willing to work flexible, extended shifts, nights, and weekends during active phases to ensure flawless event delivery.
