About the Role

Everhires is seeking two Event Sales Specialists to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, 360-degree sales position designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who possess both "hunter" instincts and consultative expertise. The role focuses on market expansion within the events industry, requiring the ability to identify high-value opportunities, lead complex pitch processes, and ensure a smooth transition from concept to live event execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage C-suite stakeholders and marketing heads in local and international firms to expand the network.
• Represent the company at industry events, leveraging a deep understanding of the portfolio and history to secure interest.
• Execute independent cold-approach strategies, social selling (LinkedIn), and networking to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify "white space" opportunities for services.

Proposal Development and Client Engagement

• Lead discovery sessions to extract high-quality briefs, ensuring all technical and emotional client needs are captured.
• Deconstruct complex RFP/RFQ tender documents to identify key win-themes and potential project risks.
• Direct creative and technical teams to ensure technical proposals are innovative, feasible, and aligned with the client’s vision.
• Craft and manage detailed financial bids, ensuring competitive pricing while protecting company margins.
• Independently build high-impact, modern presentations using tools like Canva or PowerPoint, with a clear and logical narrative.

Operational Management and Reporting

• Lead internal kickoff meetings to ensure the Project Management team fully understands the promised deliverables.
• Maintain 100% accuracy in the CRM system (HubSpot/Salesforce/Odoo), tracking all communications and providing accurate monthly revenue forecasts.

Candidate Profile and Performance Metrics

Candidates should demonstrate the following:

• Proven Track Record: Verifiable success in securing projects and managing key accounts, even within limited experience.
• Resilience: Ability to remain calm and professional under the high-pressure deadlines typical of the event industry.
• Tech Literacy: Expert-level proficiency in modern presentation software and CRM systems.
• Communication: Superior verbal and written command; able to present complex ideas simply and persuasively.

Performance will be evaluated based on the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. Conversion Rate: Percentage of RFPs/proposals converted into "Won" business.
2. Pipeline Value: Total value of qualified leads generated per quarter.
3. Data Accuracy: Consistency and detail of CRM updates.
4. Account Growth: Success in upselling additional services to existing clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in multiple languages for international client management.
• An existing network of contacts in the Corporate, Tech, or Luxury sectors.
• Basic technical understanding of AV, lighting, and stage production.
