The Role: Executive Director, Delivery - Residential

Qiddiya is seeking an Executive Director - Delivery - Residential to lead the successful execution of residential development projects. This full-time position is critical for ensuring the delivery of high-quality residential environments, focusing on timeliness, adherence to budgets and schedules, and overall stakeholder satisfaction within the greater Qiddiya project.

The Executive Director will manage all facets of residential project delivery, ensuring seamless coordination between design, construction, and operations teams. The role involves strategic planning, overseeing execution, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the successful delivery of all residential projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's vision and quality standards.
• Develop and implement delivery strategies, processes, and systems tailored to residential developments.
• Manage interdisciplinary teams, contractors, and consultants, ensuring coordination and efficient resource utilization.
• Monitor project progress closely, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements across all residential projects.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including developers, government agencies, and community representatives.
• Provide timely and transparent reporting to senior management on project status, challenges, and opportunities.
• Mentor and develop delivery team members to enhance capabilities and promote a culture of excellence.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in residential project delivery, including senior leadership roles in large-scale developments.
• Experience working with a large real estate developer (client-side) is mandatory.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex residential projects in Saudi Arabia.
