About the Role at Spark Foundry
Spark Foundry, a global media agency brand within Publicis Media, is seeking an Executive Media professional to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to media planning and execution within a dynamic international agency network.
Role Overview
The Executive Media role involves supporting the development and implementation of media plans for clients. This includes analyzing market and consumer data, identifying target audiences, and selecting appropriate media channels. The role requires an understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and active participation in achieving them. Collaboration with planning and cross-functional teams is essential for developing and executing effective media strategies, as well as supporting the wider media team with daily duties and strategic channel approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding client briefs and planning media channels aligned with client objectives.
- Creating and managing MRF sheets, coordinating with creative agencies for timely material receipt and go-live dates.
- Trafficking digital campaigns, liaising with the TAAG team, and ensuring proper implementation.
- Following up with media and creative agencies on campaign implementation and preparing related reports.
- Managing campaign launches, including client expectation management.
- Ensuring timely and accurate booking by the administration team.
- Preparing client status reports in the required format.
- Developing reports and optimization recommendations.
- Supervising the invoicing process.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in media planning (Offline & Online) or a related role.
- Certifications on digital platforms are a plus.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with MS Office 365 software suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
- Knowledge of industry digital planning tools such as DV360, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Snap Chat Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with digital media and emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and market research.
- A commercial mindset, understanding the importance of driving ROI for business partners and the agency.
- Experience with various media planning and buying tools and platforms such as Z/X Plan, Statex, Global web Index (GWI), Euromonitor, World Advertising Research Center (WARC), Similar Web, etc.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. Spark Foundry operates as part of Publicis Media and Publicis Groupe, with a global presence across 50 countries and over 3,000 employees.
