F&B Service Expert (Dry)

About the Role

The Luxury Collection is seeking a F&B Service Expert (Dry) to join their team in Ad Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable dining experiences for guests beyond simply serving food and drinks. The Guest Service Expert takes initiative to deliver a comprehensive range of services, ensuring guests enjoy their meals in a unique and memorable way.

Key Duties

• Setting tables according to established standards.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
• Interacting with and serving guests throughout their dining experience.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
• Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

All team members are responsible for creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, and upholding quality standards. Professionalism in uniform, personal appearance, and communication is also required. Guest Service Experts will be expected to:

• Remain on their feet and move around for extended periods, including standing, sitting, or walking over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Manage the menu, which involves reading and visually verifying information.
• Take a hands-on approach to work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. This also includes reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Performing these duties effectively, along with other reasonable job duties as requested, is critical for ensuring guest satisfaction and business success.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this role.
• License or Certification: None specified.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Ad Diriyah, Riyadh. The role requires physical activity and direct interaction with guests in a dynamic food and beverage service setting.
