The Luxury Collection is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join its team in Ad Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences within the food and beverage sector.

Role Summary

The F&B Service Expert is responsible for creating memorable and unique dining experiences for guests. This role involves proactive engagement and the delivery of a comprehensive range of services to ensure guest satisfaction during their meal. The position emphasizes service excellence beyond basic food delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting tables according to established standards.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interacting with and serving guests in a professional manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication style. The F&B Service Expert will be required to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving over varied surfaces. The position involves reading and visually verifying information, as well as physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, are also part of the role's physical demands.
