Role Overview

The F&B Service Expert is responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of services to guests, ensuring they enjoy their dining experience. This position requires individuals who are proactive and committed to upholding high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Setting tables according to established standards.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
• Interacting with and serving guests in a professional manner.
• Cleaning work areas and maintaining supplies.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a related service role.
• Ability to take initiative and deliver a wide range of services.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Success in this role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication style. F&B Service Experts are expected to be on their feet and moving for extended periods, including standing, sitting, or walking on various surfaces. Tasks involve managing menus, which requires reading and visual verification of information. The role also requires a hands-on approach, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping are also part of the job duties.
