About the Role

MOBCO Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of facilities management projects. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves overseeing projects across diverse sectors including commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, and mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale facilities operations, refurbishment projects, and maintenance programs, while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage facilities management projects from initiation through completion.
• Plan, organize, and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Oversee hard and soft Facilities Management (FM) services, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and industry standards.
• Manage refurbishment, renovation, fit-out, and asset replacement projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop project execution plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project performance, progress, and costs, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental (HSE), and quality standards.
• Manage procurement activities, contractor evaluations, and subcontractor performance.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare progress reports for senior management and clients.
• Oversee commissioning, handover, and close-out activities.
• Ensure effective lifecycle management of facilities assets.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, sustainability, and cost optimization.
• Resolve project-related technical and operational issues in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in facilities management, construction, or project management.
• At least 10 years of experience specifically managing large-scale facilities or maintenance projects.
• Proven experience delivering projects within commercial, hospitality, healthcare, residential, or government sectors.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong understanding of facilities management principles.
• Proficiency in asset management strategies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance strategies.

Work Environment and Location
