About the Role
Alsalimi Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of its properties and facilities in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in facilities management. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring all company assets operate efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively, while upholding high standards of service and long-term value.
Role Overview
The Facilities Manager plays a central role in combining technical expertise, operational excellence, and strategic cost management to deliver outstanding value across Alsalimi Company's portfolio. This involves a commitment to maintaining optimal performance and longevity for all managed properties, ensuring they meet operational goals and contribute to the company's overall success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and landscaping for company residential and commercial properties.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure asset reliability and longevity.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable, cost-effective solutions.
- Lead and develop facility and maintenance teams to achieve high-quality performance standards.
- Establish clear operational processes and procedures to standardize maintenance and facility workflows.
- Prepare and manage facility budgets, service contracts, and evaluate vendor performance.
- Contribute to the study of operations and running costs for new projects to ensure future efficiency.
- Collaborate with project teams on new project handovers, fit-outs, and renovations.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across all facilities.
- Promote energy efficiency and sustainability practices throughout all managed properties.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in facilities management.
- Demonstrated experience in operating diverse properties, including multi-floor commercial buildings, large outdoor plazas, and residential properties.
Location and Employment Type
This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region. The role requires on-site management and oversight of various company properties within the region.
