Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive crop management plans, including planting schedules, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control.
• Monitor and evaluate crop health, soil conditions, and weather patterns to optimize yield.
• Manage and train farm staff, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of production, labor, and expenses, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality seeds, fertilizers, and equipment.
