About the Role

The Management Recruitment Group (MRG) is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for a leading Real Estate developer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading the Finance & Accounting function and supporting the organization's growth and transformation initiatives. The role requires a finance professional who can combine strategic thinking with strong technical expertise across various financial domains.

Role Context

This is a senior leadership opportunity within the finance sector. The Finance Manager will oversee financial reporting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), treasury operations, compliance, and business partnering. The role also includes leading and developing a finance team, contributing to the overall financial health and strategic direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance & Accounting function, encompassing financial reporting, planning & analysis, treasury, tax, and compliance.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and financial performance management across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, Zakat, WHT, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Manage banking relationships, cash flow planning, treasury operations, and capital allocation.
• Provide strategic financial insight to support investment decisions, development feasibility studies, acquisitions, and business growth initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership to enhance financial performance, operational improvements, and finance transformation initiatives.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing finance team while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of finance experience, including leadership roles.
• Prior experience within real estate development, property, or a related sector.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and audit processes.
• Experience using ERP systems and modern reporting tools such as Power BI.
