Lendo, a growing fintech company, is seeking a Finance Operations Officer to join its expanding Finance team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers an opportunity to contribute to the core financial activities of a dynamic organization.

The Role

The Finance Operations Officer will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial operations that ensure the smooth running of the business. This includes processing financing transactions, managing invoicing for investors and borrowers, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with month-end activities. The role provides hands-on experience in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process financing withdrawals on internal platforms and support loan disbursement activities.
• Execute daily finance operational tasks, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately.
• Generate and issue invoices for investors, borrowers, management fees, and success fees.
• Maintain accurate customer balances and follow up on outstanding invoices as required.
• Perform daily reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies identified.
• Support month-end reconciliation processes.
• Maintain comprehensive finance documentation and assist with audit requests.
• Provide operational support to the wider Finance team.

Systems and Platforms

The role involves utilizing various financial systems and platforms to manage operations and maintain data integrity. Key activities include:

• Processing invoices within the ERP system.
• Uploading invoices to the Fatoorah portal.
• Using Tableau for monitoring operational activity.
• Ensuring accurate system records are maintained across all platforms.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance operations. This role is suitable for professionals looking to build a strong foundation in fintech finance operations within a dynamic environment.
