About the Role

Accenture Middle East is seeking a Finance Transformation Senior Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading finance transformation engagements for clients, focusing on modernizing finance functions and defining strategic objectives. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation engagements, assisting clients in modernizing their finance functions, defining strategic objectives, prioritizing initiatives, and developing actionable transformation roadmaps.
• Drive the growth of the Finance Reinvention Partner team by strengthening relationships with CFOs and senior finance personnel, developing talent, and shaping/delivering business development opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior executives, applying deep finance transformation expertise to solve complex business challenges and shape long-term transformation strategies.
• Help clients unlock business value by transforming finance data, analytics, planning, performance management, and reporting capabilities to enable informed decision-making and support enterprise-wide digital transformation.
• Design future-state finance processes across RTR, PTP, and OTC, leveraging generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics to streamline operations and enhance decision-making.
• Design leading practice ERP processes (SAP / Oracle) using functional design and liaise with technology teams and ecosystem partners.
• Lead the full lifecycle of client engagements, from opportunity shaping and proposal development through delivery, while managing project economics, engagement risk, executive stakeholder relationships, and client satisfaction.
• Develop, mentor, and inspire high-performing consulting teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Required Skills and Experience

• Deep knowledge of Finance & Accounting (F&A) processes and Oracle-enabled transformation.
• Strong experience in end-to-end Finance Platform transformation programs, including ERP Assessment and Value case development, Functional Design (Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials - GL, AP, AR, or Oracle EPM Cloud - FCCS, ARCS), and Target operating model and Finance role design implications.
• Experience in AI-led process digitization (Process mining, Gen AI, and Agentic AI design and deployment).
• Proven ability to engage and influence CFOs and C-level stakeholders in large organizations.
• Experience in collaborating across service lines (*, Technology Strategy, Systems Implementation, and Application Management Services teams) to support end-to-end transformation objectives.
• Experience managing medium to large teams (6–16 resources) and practice development.
• Experience in shaping and leading proposal development to support business development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Education and Professional Certifications

• Professional Finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is highly preferred.
• Oracle certifications are considered a strong advantage.
