The Client and Role Context

The client is a global consulting and technology organization specializing in digital transformation, finance modernization, and large-scale SAP implementation programs. As an SAP Finance Functional Lead within this organization, the Finance SME will play a central role in enhancing financial processes and systems to meet evolving business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and customization of SAP FICO modules to align with business requirements and optimize processes.
• Deliver finance data and analytics initiatives, including activities related to cost planning, cost allocations, and budgeting.
• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Conduct workshops with business leaders to ensure alignment on project objectives and clarify functional needs.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP FICO best practices, configurations, and process improvements.
• Mentor junior consultants and oversee project teams to ensure successful delivery and professional development.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a strong background in SAP FICO modules.
