The Opportunity: Oracle Finance Transformation Senior Manager

Accenture Middle East is seeking an Oracle Finance Transformation Senior Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience and focuses on leading finance transformation engagements to modernize client finance functions and drive strategic change.

Core Responsibilities in Finance Transformation

• Lead finance transformation engagements by assisting clients in modernizing their finance functions.
• Define strategic objectives, prioritize initiatives, and develop actionable transformation roadmaps for clients.
• Help clients unlock greater business value by transforming finance data, analytics, planning, performance management, and reporting capabilities.
• Enable improved decision-making and support enterprise-wide digital transformation through enhanced finance capabilities.

Strategic Advisory and Growth Initiatives

• Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior executives, applying deep finance transformation expertise to complex business challenges.
• Shape long-term transformation strategies for clients.
• Drive the growth of the Finance Reinvention Partner team by strengthening relationships with CFOs and senior finance personnel.
• Develop top talent and shape/deliver business development opportunities within the team.

Process Innovation and Technology Integration

• Design future-state finance processes across Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), and Order to Cash (OTC).
• Integrate generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics to streamline operations and enhance decision-making.
• Design leading practice ERP processes (SAP / Oracle) using functional design.
• Liaise with technology teams and ecosystem partners for effective ERP implementation.

Engagement Leadership and Team Development

• Lead the full lifecycle of client engagements, from opportunity shaping and proposal development through delivery.
• Manage project economics, engagement risk, executive stakeholder relationships, and client satisfaction.
• Develop, mentor, and inspire high-performing consulting teams.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
