Role Overview:
This part-time, on-site position in Riyadh entails leading group exercise sessions and providing personalized fitness instructions to various participants. As a Fitness Trainer, your primary responsibilities will include:

Leading engaging group exercise sessions.
Developing personalized fitness plans tailored to individual goals.
Ensuring a positive customer service experience.
Motivating and inspiring participants in their fitness journeys.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

Experience in the fitness industry.
Strong customer service skills and excellent verbal communication abilities.
Relevant certifications in fitness training or related fields.
Experience with corporate wellness programs is a plus.

At CORE LIFE, we strive to exceed our Members’ expectations by providing exceptional service on the gym floor. Your role will involve assisting members with exercise execution, ensuring their safety, and maximizing effectiveness to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily safety checks of gym equipment.
Address and report potential hazards.
Maintain cleanliness of the gym and secure equipment after use.
Provide gym introductions and inductions to new members.
Demonstrate safe and effective usage of gym equipment.
Monitor members during workouts and offer assistance as needed.
Engage with members to fulfill their needs, including providing towels and water.
Address client complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Attend team meetings and participate in training initiatives.
Attend four fitness classes weekly, including two Yin (Pilates/Yoga) and two Tang (HIT, Boxing, Bootcamp, Cycling).
Adhere to CORE policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
