About the Role

Saudi Entertainment Ventures | SEVEN is seeking a Floor Organizer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest experience within the Foodhall, focusing on guest assistance, seating management, and maintaining the dining area's cleanliness and organization. The Floor Organizer contributes significantly to upholding high service standards during both peak and non-peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests entering the dining hall with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assist guests in locating appropriate seating based on group size and preferences.
• Provide guidance on the dining hall concept and explain the ordering process, including the use of QR code systems for ordering and payment.
• Guide guests on available cuisine offerings and assist with wayfinding to enhance their overall experience.
• Ensure all tables are clean, organized, and properly prepared before guests are seated.
• Promptly clear, wipe, and reset tables once guests finish their meals.
• Replace tableware, condiments, and other table items as required.
• Maintain cleanliness across the dining area to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Provide attentive and friendly service to guests throughout their visit.
• Check in with guests periodically to ensure satisfaction and assist with any additional needs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience is required for this role.
• Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, food halls, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in customer service roles is considered an advantage.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Good organizational skills with attention to cleanliness and table setup.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic and proactive in assisting guests and supporting colleagues.
• Ability to carry and lift moderate weight related to table setup and clearing.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring active engagement within a dynamic foodhall environment.
