The Role of Fresh Graduate Civil Engineer

Alfanar is seeking a Fresh Graduate Civil Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to various projects within the company's diverse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Train subordinates and build an effective team to accomplish work objectives.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to subordinates across all work aspects.
• Delegate assignments to subordinates as appropriate.
• Ensure equitable distribution of tasks to maintain team morale and motivation.
• Execute planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources efficiently to achieve objectives within cost and time constraints.
• Prepare periodic reports detailing deviations and the execution status of planned tasks.
• Resolve emerging problems and escalate complex operational issues as needed.
• Ensure adherence to quality requirements, developing effective quality control processes and specifications for products, processes, or related activities.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, actively seeking automation opportunities.
• Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined work area to guarantee safety, legislative adherence, and the delivery of high-quality products/services.
