Fulfillment Center Supervisor

About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia is expanding its Operations team and is seeking a Fulfillment Center Supervisor in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing shift management within one of Amazon's first-mile fulfillment centers, middle-mile sortation centers, or final-mile delivery stations. The Operations Specialists are integral to maintaining operational flow and ensuring timely customer order fulfillment at every stage of the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities within the work area.
• Manage and train Associates to deliver service for customers.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in adherence to quality and safety guidelines.
• Provide critical shift-related information to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation during shifts to meet and exceed operational plans and forecasts.
• Engage with support functions and other departments to address common issues or needs in key performance areas such as process area readiness, 5S, safety, and training.
• Contribute to solving logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation, and process optimization.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience required: 0-1 years.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, shift, and work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, with overtime as required.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
