Fulfillment Inbound Operations Program Manager

About the Role

Afaq Q Tech General Trading is seeking a Fulfillment Inbound Operations Program Manager to oversee end-to-end FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) inbound operations in Riyadh, KSA. This full-time role requires 4+ years of experience and involves managing the entire inbound lifecycle from seller appointment scheduling and drop-off to receiving and stow across multiple Fulfillment Centers and a diverse seller ecosystem.

Role Context and Objectives

The Program Manager will drive strategy and operational excellence to deliver a best-in-class seller experience, aiming for minimal forecasting deviations even during high-intensity peak events. The role demands strong cross-functional influence, partnering with senior stakeholders across supply chain, fulfillment operations, technology, and business teams to achieve program-level goals. This position involves managing a diverse seller base with varied inbounding personas and requirements, calibrating precise inbound and labor forecasting at multiple grains, and navigating varied fulfillment processes, new site launches, and peak events while managing capacity constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full FBA inbound lifecycle for KSA, serving as the single-threaded owner for inbound speed and operational excellence programs.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models and capacity plans, driving forecast accuracy through continuous model refinement and cross-functional alignment.
• Lead end-to-end peak event planning and execution, including capacity modeling, contingency strategies, and leadership reporting to ensure operational stability under constraints.
• Drive cross-functional program management by influencing senior stakeholders across supply chain, fulfillment operations, technology, and business teams without direct authority.
• Own process improvement and change management initiatives, including new site launch readiness, defect reduction programs, and throughput efficiency improvements.
• Set mechanisms, devise metrics, and build scalable processes that transition operations from reactive problem-solving to predictive, preventive management.

Qualifications and Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in program management, operations, or supply chain.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience in developing and maintaining forecasting models and capacity plans.
• Proven track record in leading peak event planning and execution.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in process improvement and change management.
