About the Role

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS (Nasdaq: CLPS), is seeking a Fusion Financials Cloud Solution Architect to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to defining and managing the ERP technology roadmap, aligning Oracle Fusion Financials solutions with strategic objectives, and optimizing finance and accounting processes across the organization.

Strategic Planning and Alignment

• Support the definition and management of the ERP technology roadmap strategy and execution, including technology standards and policies.
• Align Oracle Fusion Financials solutions with enterprise strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Recommend roadmaps to address performance gaps and develop high-level implementation plans.
• Drive organization-wide finance and accounting (F&A) process optimization.

Solution Design and Advisory

• Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud functionality, including identifying gaps and developing solutions.
• Develop an understanding of a client’s current state processes and formulate future state recommendations.
• Advise clients on various options, potential risks, and impacts on other processes or systems.

Implementation and Project Support

• Configure Oracle Cloud Applications to meet client requirements as needed.
• Create functional process and solution documents detailing business processes and user needs.
• Lead and conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), Training, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) alongside the onsite team.
• Review and develop end-user documentation and training materials.
• Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables.

Technology Evaluation and Pre-Sales

• Participate in pre-sales cycles by providing subject matter expertise, estimating work, and assisting in the development of sales proposals and statements of work.
• Regularly evaluate existing and emerging technologies to enhance the organization's digital maturity.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Fusion Financials Cloud solution architecture and ERP technology. This role requires a professional capable of strategic thinking, technical execution, and effective client advisory.
