Game Operator

Gravity Trampoline Parks is seeking energetic, friendly, and customer-focused Park Marshals to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, has excellent communication skills, and can create a fun and welcoming environment while maintaining safety standards throughout the park.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor trampoline and attraction areas to ensure guest safety and compliance with park rules.
Interact positively with children and families to create a fun and engaging experience.
Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with inquiries or concerns.
Conduct safety briefings and explain attraction rules to guests.
Respond promptly and professionally to incidents or emergencies.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the park.
Report safety hazards, equipment issues, or incidents to management.
Support special events, birthday parties, and group activities when required.
Encourage a positive and energetic atmosphere within the park.

Requirements

Friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic personality.
Saudi national
Enjoys working with children and families.
Good English communication
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain attentive and safety-focused in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Physically fit and able to stand and move around for extended periods.
Previous experience in customer service, entertainment, hospitality, or recreation is preferred but not required.
