Role Summary

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a critical role in scaling operations and expanding the company's footprint in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and business plans for the Saudi market.
• Lead and manage all business operations to ensure operational excellence and organizational efficiency.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion across Saudi Arabia.
• Manage the company's P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and government entities.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead strategic initiatives to expand the company's service portfolio.
• Oversee sales, delivery, operations, and customer success functions to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

• Drive digital transformation, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
